A monthly pet rent of $20 per pet will be charged.
A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required for the first pet or $500 for two pets.
There is no weight limit for pets.
Breed restrictions apply.
Exotic animals are not allowed on the property.
The following breeds are restricted from Madison Communities:
• Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers
• Rottweilers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Chows
• Presa Canarios
• Akitas
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Wolf-Hybrids
